When you follow-up with your leads on Facebook or talk with them about the next steps on your business opportunity, most of the time you get the “I don’t have the money” objection.
As a network marketer, your perception should be – there’s no such thing as the money objection.
If someone tells you that they do not have the money to join your business opportunity, it could mean one of two things. It is either they lack information or don’t see the guarantee of success.
Maybe they lack information because you missed an important detail in your explanation or the link you shared did not present best what your actual business is.
Tip: You can always ask your upline to help you come up with more information that would address your prospect’s needs. It will also be helpful that they know you have a team full of support.
Most prospects are skeptical about our industry. They are afraid that they will not get the return on their investment and become successful in their own business.
The reason for that is because they do not believe in themselves!
You tell that prospect, “Hey, I have a limited-edition Lamborghini in my driveway. It costs a million dollars. I’m willing to give it to you! All you have to do is come up with the money to join my business opportunity. Three hundred dollars and the car is yours!”
I don’t know anyone in the world who would not jump on that offer. It is an analogy how you deal with money objections. Your prospect will then have a 100 percent confidence that they will get a return on their investment or earn even more.
If they still don’t see that joining your business will let them live financially free and succeeding, then they don’t have faith in what they can do. They feel like they are not creative enough or do not possess the time and energy to invest to make this work. If you encounter people like this, just let them be. I, personally don’t want to help uncoachable and close-minded people.
Work with people who would do whatever it takes to succeed! These are the people who would find a way to have $300 to get that Lamborghini.
If I were in the same position, I would do anything! I will sell things online, work longer hours or work more shifts until I save $300! Work with people with this kind of attitude and determination.
You would need prospects who have leadership skills and the can-do attitude! They are the ones who are coachable and always open to learning.
Going back to what I said earlier, this is the reason why I said there’s no such thing as money objection. People who will tell you they don’t have money are just basically making excuses and not wanting to do whatever it takes!
At first, there are some people whom you may find not coachable because they lack confidence in themselves, sometimes they just need some motivation.
Tip: Share your story that might emotionally lead your prospect to take actions!
Not everyone you talk to will show their enthusiasm.
Lead them to that point. Unleash the willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed!
